REGULATIONS

 

The apartment is rented for the number of people stated at the time of booking. A supplement will be added for every extra person.

 

The apartment booking is confirmed when a deposit has been paid (30% of the agreed total price). In case of cancellation the proprietor has the right to keep the deposit paid in the following measures: 30% with a forewarning of at least 60 days; 50% with a forewarning of at least 40 days; no refund after these limits.

 

The remaining amount must be paid on consignment of the keys at the beginning of the occupancy.

 

The proprietor has the option of asking for a damage deposit of up to € 100,00 that will be refunded to the guest at the moment of departure after having controlled the apartment.

 

The apartment is avaible from 5.00 P.M. on the day of arrival and must be liberated by 10.00 A.M. on the day of departure to allow for cleaning and consignment to the new guests.

 

On arrival, identity documents of every person occupying the accommodation, including minors, must be given to the proprietor.

 

The tardy occupation of the apartment does not give the guest the right to lengthen his stay beyond the established day nor to ask for a refund for the time not spent in the apartment. Similarly, in the case of early departure, the guest does not  have the right to a refund for the days remaining. In cases of paid deposit, the proprietor must however keep the apartment free until 10.00 A.M. on the agreed departure day. Bookings made without a deposit are valid until 6.00 P.M. of the agreed day, unless otherwise previously agreed.

 

At the end of occupation the apartment must be left clean and in the same conditions as on consignment, the client will otherwise pay the costs for cleaning or repairing.

 

For all that which is not mentioned here above we refer to the civil code and to the laws of this sector, which are applicable.
